MyCoparentAI provides AI-powered tools to help separated or divorced parents communicate more effectively. Our services include:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro Monthly: $19.99 per month
Pro Annual: $119.88 per year ($9.99 per month, billed annually)

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us through our Contact page.

5.4 Cancellation

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the AI-generated content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Important Notice for International Users: This choice of law does not prevent you from exercising mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence, where applicable. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the member state in which you reside.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us through our Contact page to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

10.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration

MyCoparentAI is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
